Hypocrisy has a Face and Other Writings – Dina Kafiris

Hypocrisy Has a Face is a record of Kafiris’ exploration into the cosmopolitan city of Athens.

These powerful poems explore how the political landscape of a city can impact our existence whilst constantly inspiring the reinvention of our identity. Hypocrisy Has a Face shows the resilience of the citizen in times of personal conflict and crisis.

Dina Kafiris’ first full-length poetry collection explores her response to life in Athens during the tumultuous first decade of this century as a means of exploring how a political landscape can inspire the reinvention of identity and show the resilience of citizens in times of personal crisis.
